python-junitxml software package provides PyUnit extension for reporting in JUnit compatible XML, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-junitxml
python-junitxml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-junitxml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-junitxml *
You will get with python-junitxml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
